African Print

Hai y’all,

I adore prints. Especially the one I am showing you today. This is a typical West-African print. Normally you see this print on the authentic dashiki. The dashiki is a colorful garment for both men and women. A common form is a loose-fitting pullover garment, with an ornate V-shaped collar, and tailored and embroidered neck and sleeve lines. The one I wear in this post is not authentic, as it is a bodycon dress.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted something on my blog. But here I am with a new post.

Recently I bought a white lace skirt. It’s a knee length pencil skirt. At the top part there’s white fabric under the lace. At the bottom it’s just lace. It also has a high split at the back. In this post I will show you how you can rock a white lace skirt in 3 totally different styles.

STYLE #1: Easy Denim

You can wear this outfit to a festival or casual

Oversized Wrap Coat

Hai dolls,

I had a lunch date with my cousin. We went to a lunch bar called Bagels & Beans at the Kop van Zuid. Today was fortunately not very cold so I decided to put on my ‘wrap coat’. Nowadays a lot of women are wearing oversized wrap coats. It’s kind of an it-thing. I’ve seen them come by in different models and colors. A lovely wide coat that can be worn open or closed. To finish off my look I’m wearing my headband. The result is…Zhenshchina(=Russian for femininity)!
